Is it safe to use my credit card on your store?
Yes it is because we never get to actually see anything to do with your credit card. It is all handled externally by a company you might have heard of called PayPal, safely and securely, so all we know is that you have paid for some items, what they are and where to send them.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No you don't you can pay without an account. Once you have confirmed your order you will be taken to PayPal's website for payment details. Here you can either log into your account, if you have one, or click the pay by debit or credit card at the bottom.
I get annoyed when you reduce an item I have just bought . Can you do anything about it?
Yes we can! We have just introduced a policy whereby if we reduce an item within 7 days of you buying it, we will credit your account with the difference so you can spend that difference the next time you shop with us.
Quite simply we will never share your information with anybody else (except PayPal for your payment) so only we and you know your details and we will only get in touch with you regarding your order(s) unless you subscribe to our newsletter.
What are your delivery costs?
Our UK shipping prices start at £1.25 with a maximum of £3.25. We also offer free shipping in the UK on all orders over the value of £15.
We now ship to all EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If an item is oversized we reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges but we will contact you beforehand to confirm this.
We have tried to work out fairly the shipping costs for our overseas customers but if when we have packed and weighed your order the shipping comes in lower than the amount you paid then we will always refund the difference. If you prefer you can always contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to advise you of the shipping charges.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
Quite simply get in touch with us and we'll get it sorted out between us.
Can I return an item?
Yes you can. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Also before you send an item back you will need to contact us to obtain a returns number.
We will notify you when we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, PayPal are offering to pay this cost for you, through something they call "Return shipping on us'; there are more details here.
How do I use the Wishlist?
If you have created an account you can store products you "wish" for by clicking on the star to the right of the "Add to Basket" button. This list is accessible from your account page or from the link at the bottom of each page. You can then add items directly from your wishlist to your basket from this page.
