COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update 28th April
In light of the current situation, our shipping services have been updated.
We have updated our checkout page to give you 3 options for dispatch depending upon the contents of your basket. For small orders such as stamps and dies etc which will fit in a Postbox there is now a Royal Mail option for those orders. If your order is too large for a Postbox such as paints, gilding flakes, 12x12 papers, varnishes and other mediums, which still have to be shipped via courier at the moment because of their size, we have now added Hermes as a lower cost option, £4.75, for those smaller orders such a few bottles of paint. And there is still DHL for larger orders or if you would prefer not to use Hermes.
All orders shipped via courier (UK Mainland only) with a value below £100 will incur a tiered courier charge as detailed below:

|£50.01 up to £75.00
|£75.01 up to £100.00
This is a tracked courier delivery service. Please note our large home decor stencils will be shipped on a larger items service and may take longer to arrive. This is currently a mainland UK service only.
(Please note that some UK postal codes are not served by courier services such as Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isle of Man. The courier service generally takes approximately 2-3 days to arrive from the time we book your order for collection, Hermes orders take longer, generally 3 days plus. We will notify you when your order has been collected by the courier. We will also provide tracking information.
