Is it safe to use my credit card on your store?

Yes it is because we never get to actually see anything to do with your credit card.  It is all handled externally by a company you might have heard of called PayPal, safely and securely, so all we know is that you have paid for some items, what they are and where to send them.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No you don't you can pay without an account. Once you have confirmed your order you will be taken to PayPal's website for payment details.  Here you can either log into your account, if you have one, or click the pay by debit or credit card at the bottom.

What are your delivery costs?

Shipping costs can be found in our Delivery & Returns section, but prices start at £1.50.

We reserve the right to request additional shipping payments for heavy or bulky orders.

Overseas Orders

We regret we are not currently shipping to addresses outside of the UK.


Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately we are not currently in a position to take orders over the telephone.


Can I come and collect from your shop?

We are online only so it is not possible to collect your order from us.

Do we have a local Collection Point?

No, we don't have a local collection point.

What is your privacy policy?

Quite simply we will never share your information with anybody else (except our payment providers, for security and couriers if used) so only we and you know your details and we will only get in touch with you regarding your order(s) unless you subscribe to our newsletter.

I am not receiving order confirmation emails from you.

You will automatically be sent an order acknowledgement email when you place an order with us. You will also receive an order update email if there is a problem with anything you've ordered and to advise you that your order has been shipped. If you are not receiving these emails it may be that they are falling into your spam or junk folders. To avoid this, make sure you set up your email to accept/allow emails from info@beebaabcraftingsupplies.co.uk.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?

Get in touch with us and we'll get it sorted out between us.

Can I return an item?

Yes you can.  You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  The item must also be in the original unopened packaging.  Also before you send an item back you will need to contact us.

We will notify you when we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.  However, PayPal are offering to pay this cost for you, through something they call "Return shipping on us'; there are more details here.
