Payment and placing orders

When you place a pre-order with us, this means you have paid for your items ahead of them being in stock in order to reserve them. This guarantees you will receive them as soon as stocks are available. If you order in-stock items at the same time as pre-order items, unless you specifically request it, we will hold your in-stock items until the pre-order items arrive and ship your entire order in one parcel.

Three Ways to Order
There are 3 ways you can place an order:

(1) You can go via the traditional route of shopping online at our shop by selecting your items, placing them in your basket, checking out and paying via the PayPal payments page, either using your PayPal account if you have one, or as a guest using a credit or debit card

(2) You can email us with details of what you would like to order and we will be happy to issue you with a PayPal invoice for the goods which you can then pay using an existing PayPal account or as a guest using a credit or debit card. Once payment is received your items will be shipped at the earliest opportunity.

(3) You can telephone us during our business hours, tell us what you would like to buy, and provide payment details over the 'phone using credit or debit card. We will also need full name and address details, your email address and telephone number (in case of any problems with payment and for sending out your goodies.) We will then process your card payment and send your items out to you.

Please note: We DO NOT offer a dropship service. If you are a business and you wish to place an order with us, we will only ship to your business address and not to a third party address.

All of our payments are currently processed externally through PayPal for your security and convienience.  We hold none of your financial information on this site.

We do not accept cheques but you may pay be Postal Order. In this case, the Postal Order should be made payable to Mrs J A Brooks. Please email us if you wish to order via this method, with details of the items you wish to order. We will hold your order until we receive your payment, which should be posted to us within 3 working days. Your items will then be shipped once the Postal Order is cashed. If we do not receive your payment within 7 working days we will release the items back into stock and notify you that your order has been cancelled.
